In House Management System
ABBA Property Solutions uses a proprietary management system, created specifically for ABBA and the work we perform daily in the repair/rebuild market, to bring everything together under one platform. In our management system, we can house work orders, messages, pictures, and all information related to that specific job. In addition, our sub-contractors receive their request to bid on a particular job through the system, they also can message through the system, and when job is completed, all invoicing happens through the system. In the same way, any of any our clients have access at any time to their specific jobs. They can see all the aspects of where their job is in the process, see updated/in process pictures, and send messages through the system.
The details included on each work order are the following:
Each Work Order allows us to have effective communication with our clients, subs, and internal staff, which also provides efficiency for our people in the field to get results quicker, which we have seen allows us the opportunity to get jobs done quicker for our clients. Our emphasis has been, and will always be, to serve our clients with the most effective and efficient ways possible, and to do everything we do with excellence. Staying on the cutting edge of technology, we will continue to enhance our system as the need arises, using whatever we can to be the best in the industry.
The details included on each work order are the following:
- Client Information (Includes Asset Company, Insurance Carrier, Owner of Property)
- Project Approval Date, Start Date, Finish Date, Invoice Date
- Address and pertinent information regarding property (Zillow information, square footage, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, etc.)
- Names of the ABBA Personnel working on that job (Project Manager, Client Rep, Estimator, Quality Control Staff, Field Service Rep)
- Scope of Work, Schedule of Work, Daily Reports, Billing Information
- Line Item Details of entire job (includes contractor assigned to that specific line item)
- Messages
- Attachments (Includes pictures, forms, documents, etc.)
