Insurance Claim Repairs

ABBA Property Solutions currently works with many insurance carriers as a preferred vendor in the Florida Market doing everything from Emergency Water Damage Repair to rebuilds from the results of natural disasters. Because of ABBA’s experience in the REO Market for the past 20+ years, repairing foreclosed properties and getting them back on the market for banks and asset companies, the Insurance Claims Market seems to flow right into what we do best.  ABBA wants to help an insured person rebuild their life by helping them rebuild their home. We do this through a process with multiple layers, and all those layers includes building relationships with the people we are working with.  From the initial phone call to an insured, the relationship begins at that point. Our well-trained Field Service Reps meet with the insured at the property to thoroughly analyze the damage and begin the work-up of the estimate.  It then goes to our Estimating Team, who puts our estimate into the preferred platform used by the different insurance carriers, whether Xactimate or Symbility,  then sends that estimate to the insurance carrier who approves our bid. Once approved, the estimate is sent to our Client Rep Team, who contacts the insured to let them know the estimate has been approved, and at that time sets up a meeting with our PM (Project Manager) and the insured to go over the approved work.  This team, the Client Rep and the Project Manager, are the hands and feet of this job getting done and all communication flows through them to the insured.  Once the project is completed, a Certificate of Satisfaction is signed by the insured signifying the work is completed and all payments are finalized.
